Every Friday, order fresh, healthy and delicious breakfast, lunch or Nourished Bites.
No more wondering what to have for breakfast, lunch or a snack, eating the same thing everyday, contemplating your meal deal choice, finding something healthy or queueing.
Take one less thing off your to do list.
Whats on the menu will be posted every Thursday morning - final orders by Thursday 5pm.
All the choices are fresh whole food, made from scratch, just a few floors away from where you are
All diets/allergens catered for. Everything is labeled gluten, dairy, nut free and any allergens are highlighted
Breakfast will be ready from 8.00am - Lunch will be ready from 1pm
Breakfast - Delicious pot of healthy goodness - think overnight oats, greek yoghurt, berries and granola
Lunch - A box of macro goodness - 1 protein (Meat or Veg) 3 Salads, 1 Dressing and 1 Flatbread/Salad wrap

The Weekly Fridge Fill
If you'd like more than Friday lunches, I also offer a bespoke fridge filling service exclusively for residents.
Rather than choosing from a set menu, we'll have a quick chat about how you eat, what you enjoy and what you'd like to have in your fridge for the week.
I'll then shop, cook and prepare everything fresh before delivering it straight to your apartment.

Food charged separately at cost from your chosen supermarket and food preferences
Additional cooking time can be arranged if you'd like a larger fridge fill or you have an event/occasion you are wanting food for.
